REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
for Lease of Space at the Kennedy Recreation Center
The City of Trenton (hereinafter the CITY), is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified parties for the operation of a viable, complimentary business pursuant to a lease within the Kennedy Recreation Center. The leased space consists of approximately 4,600 square feet currently built out for a restaurant area, complete with kitchen, restrooms, utilities, equipment and storage. There is shared parking for approximately 370 vehicles. A minimum of 2-year lease is being offered, commencing on mutually agreed date, length and terms to be negotiated based upon written proposal.
All proposals shall be submitted to the City Clerk of the City of Trenton, 2800 Third Street, on or before Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 10 a.m. Each proposal shall be in SEALED envelopes, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “PROPOSAL FOR LEASE SPACE AT THE KENNEDY RECREATION CENTER”, and the name and address of the proposer. No faxed bids will be accepted.
