NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing on Thursday April 29, 2021 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case No. 1829: The applicant at 3137 Parkwood has proposed construction of a 4-foot high chain-link fence to be placed in the front yard, extending along the South side of the driveway to the front property line and continuing along the front property line to the South end point of the property which requires a front yard setback variance request of 29-feet 6-inches from the ZBA. Trenton Zoning Ordinance Sec. 18-118 Restrictions on construction (a)(l) in an R-2 One-Family Residential District requires that a partition fence shall not extend forward into the front yard beyond the wall of the principal building. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments.
