CITY OF TRENTON - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE APPLICATION
PURSUANT TO PA 210 OF 2005, AS AMENDED
2601 VETERANS PARKWAY
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Trenton will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 20, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 2800 Third Street.
The purpose of this hearing will be to entertain views and comments from interested individuals regarding an application with the City of Trenton for a Commercial Rehabilitation Exemption Certificate, pursuant to PA 210 of 2005, as amended, filed by Dean Investment Properties – Trenton LLC, for the purpose of demolishing the current structure, installing underground utilities for deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, required water drainage and detention, and construct a new four bay maintenance facility connected to an office and training center, with an estimated project cost of $3,689,000, located in Trenton Commercial Rehabilitation District No. 2, 2601 Veterans Parkway, Trenton, Michigan, for a period of 10 years.
Individuals or groups wishing to make oral presentations or submit prepared statements pertaining to the proposal may do so at the public hearing. Interested parties who are unable to attend the public hearing may submit their comments in writing to the City Clerk, 2800 Third Street, Trenton, Michigan 48183.
