Fitness Specialist Debbie Barnes will show you the way in this safe, effective class designed for seniors and fitness beginners. The main goal of this class is to improve cardio strength, flexibility and balance. Please wear comfortable walking or tennis shoes and bring a yoga mat. This session is 6 weeks.
Session 2: November 1- December 16 (No class Thursday, Nov. 25)
Session 3: January 10- February 17
Days: Mondays and/or Thursdays
