Low-Impact Aerobics

Fitness Specialist Debbie Barnes will show you the way in this safe, effective class designed for seniors and fitness beginners.  The main goal of this class is to improve cardio strength, flexibility and balance. Please wear comfortable walking or tennis shoes and bring a yoga mat. This session is 6 weeks.

Monday Session Dates: January 25-  March 1

Thursday Session Dates:  January 28- March 4

Days: Mondays or Thursdays

Location:   Kennedy Recreation Center

Times:  9:00-10:00 a.m. (sold out) OR 10:15-11:15 a.m.

Fee: $45 resident (per-session) /$60 non-resident (per-session)
