The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing pursuant to the Trenton Zoning Board Ordinance on Thursday February 13, 2020 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following case: Case No. 1823 - 2165 S. Trenton Dr., Lots 591 & 592 Breton Woods Sub. In an R-1 One-Family Residential zoned district. The Trenton Zoning Ord. Sec.
1 IO - 51 I Schedule of Regulations. Rear yard setback is 3 5'. The applicant proposes to construct attached 3-car garage approximately 14'- 4" from the rear property line, creating a+/- 21' rear yard setback variance.
