The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing pursuant to the Trenton Zoning Board Ordinance on Thursday August 29, 2019 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following case: Case No. 1822 - 2221 Sheraton Ct., Lot 658 Bretton Park Sub. In an R-1 One-Family Residential zoned district. The Trenton Zoning Ord. Sec. 110 - 511 Schedule of Regulations. (b) In case of a rear yard abutting a side yard, the exterior side yard setback abutting a street shall not be less than the minimum front yard setback of 25 '. The applicant is proposing to construct a fence 1' off the side property line, creating a 24' side yard variance. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals ad Adjustments.
