RecycleTransfer Station - Recycling Center

The City Transfer Station at 1801 Van Horn Road is available free of charge for residents who wish to dispose of rubbish or other items. Newsprint, plastic containers, glass, tin, aluminum cans, empty paint and aerosol cans, appliances and used motor oil will be accepted for recycling. Call (734) 675-8470 for further information. Yard waste such as grass clippings, leaves and tree branches may also be disposed of.

Trenton businesses, apartments and Trenton contractors may use the Transfer Station, but will be assessed a charge of $35.00 per ton with a $75.00 minimum charge. Proof of residency is required.
