Blood Pressure Screening

Do you need your blood pressure checked?

Nurses from Henry Ford Hospital will be at Westfield on the second Thursday of every month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to check it for you.

Fitness Classes

A variety of fitness programs are offered for Trenton Senior Adults including senior aerobics, chair yoga, meditation, Walk Michigan and much more!

Nutrition Program

Wayne County Office of Nutrition Services, in conjunction with Senior Alliance and volunteers from Trenton Seniors, offer a nutrition program for persons 60 years of age or older. All seniors, regardless of income, can take advantage of this service.

The nutrition site is located at Church of Christ, 2650 Grange, Trenton. Lunch is served Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m.

Call (734) 676-1848, 24 hours in advance for a reservation. A $2.25 donation is requested. Hot lunches and emergency frozen meals are also available to qualified home bound seniors.
