Refund Policy


  • There are no refunds of purchased Aquatic Center Memberships.
  • If the pool closes, we do not issue cash, check or credit card refunds. You may request a pass for a return visit if you have been in the pool for less than one (1) hour. No pool pass will be issued without a receipt! You must show proof of purchase.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • It is our primary interest to keep participants and staff safe during inclement weather and uncertain conditions that otherwise threaten their safety. In the event that severe weather approaches the area, the Kennedy Aquatic Center management will closely monitor local radar and weather reports. If thunder is heard or lightning is seen, the Kennedy Aquatic Center management will close the pool and guests will be asked to exit the water and pool deck. The locker rooms will remain open until conditions allow for re-opening the pools.
  • During "BREAK" (10 minutes, 15 minutes if heat index is 90˚ or above) adults only are allowed in the pool.
