Parks and Facilities

The City of Trenton has nearly 200 acres of park land spread over 16 parks and 5 tot lots which the Department maintains. Facilities are provided for softball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, basketball and other activities. Playgrounds, picnic sites, fishing sites and boat launching facilities are also available. WESTFIELD ACTIVITIES CENTER

This facility houses the City's Senior Citizen Program (see senior section). It also serves as a meeting place for many service organizations as well as other City sponsored special events. Private groups and organizations may also rent this facility. Contact Westfield Center for rental information.

TRENTON THEATRE RENTAL

Located at: 2447 West Jefferson
We are pleased to announce that the Trenton Theatre is now home to the Downriver Youth Performing Arts Center. As part of a lease agreement with the City of Trenton, DYPAC has assumed management responsibilities for the 400 seat theatre. If you would like to rent the Theatre for your next event or fundraiser, contact Debbie at (734) 671-2202 for information regarding available dates and rental fees.

This facility, with a capacity of 75 persons, may be rented by the general public for private functions. It also is home to the Trenton Co-op Nursery.
