Co-ed Volleyball Drop-In

Arthurs Middle School Gym is the place to be on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7:30-10:30 PM If you are 18 or older, get in on the action and enjoy recreational volleyball. It's a great way to keep fit and meet new friends. Punch card required. Cancellations may occur due to school activities.

Session 1: Sept. 8-Dec. 2
Session 2: Jan. 5-June 2
Fee: 20 nights for $25 resident, $50 non-resident

Basketball Drop-in

If you're looking to reduce your stress level, just dribble up the court to Arthurs School gym every Monday, 7:30-9:30 PM, for a fun night of exercise, laughs and friends, all of which add up to less stress! Adults, 18 and older, are welcome to participate. Punch card required. Cancellations may occur due to school activities.

Session 1: Oct. 4-Dec. 6
Session 2: Jan. 24-Mar. 14 (ex. February 21)
Fee: 20 nights for $25 resident, $50 non-resident

Old-timer's Basketball

Join the old timers on Wednesdays, September through April, for a night of hoop action! Space is limited. For information on location, dates and times, call 675-7300.

Tri-City Men's Softball League

Start oiling your softball glove and polishing your spikes, because the start of the Tri-City Men's Softball League is just around the corner. We are excited to offer this league again and are looking forward to a fantastic season! This year we are again considering all Trenton, Grosse Ile, and Riverview players, regardless of what team you play on, to be residents. These residents will not be subject to a non-resident fee, however non-residents will be charged $30 to play. There will not be a limit to non-residents, so please invite as many non-residents to join your team as you like! Register now through April 8, 2011. League play will begin the week of May 2, 2011. Double Headers will be scheduled Monday through Thursdays, and an effort will be made to schedule a majority of the games on requested nights. Interested teams may register at the Trenton Parks and Recreation Department. The registration fee for the 20-game league is $300 per team. This entry fee includes team registration and sanction fees, softballs, playoffs, and awards.

Adult Drop-in Hockey

Don't have time to play in an organized hockey league? Players 18 and older, bring a friend and come down to the Kennedy Recreation Center for our drop-in hockey sessions. Each session is limited to the first 22 skaters. All players must wear full equipment. Checking, fighting and other unsportsman-like conduct are not permitted.

Drop in 9:30 AM - 10:50 AM, Monday - Friday.

Fee is $8.00 per player.

Goalies are free!

Women's Softball League Info

Do you want to play softball, but can't seem to find the time? Well we have the league for you! Trenton, Grosse Ile and Riverview Parks and Recreation are again offering a softball league for busy women. We understand time has become a valuable commodity, and many women cannot commit to two or three days a week to play softball. Women's Softball offers team competitive play without the major time commitment. Get together for some fun and exercise, socializing, and enjoy friends for one night a week! As before, all Trenton, Grosse Ile, and Riverview players, regardless of what team they play with, will be considered residents and not responsible for the non-resident fee. However, as in the past, all other non-residents will pay an additional $15 to play. The ten-game season will be played on Tuesdays, beginning May 3, 2011. Games will be played in all cities, depending on field availability. Register by teams only, now through April 8. Team registration fee is $150 plus $15 per non-resident.
