NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT, TAXABLE VALUATION AND PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION
will be mailed out by Monday, February 27, 2017
Notice is hereby given that the March Board of Review for the City of Trenton will be held in City Hall, 2800 Third St.
where the Board will sit in review the following dates & times:
Assessment appeals will be accepted in person or by mail. Appeals by mail must be received before the end of Board of Review hearings March 21, 2017. If you are mailing your appeal, a State Tax Commission form L-4035 must be completed by the property owner or the owner's authorized agent and submitted to the board at the time of the appeal.
If additional meetings are necessary for the purpose of decisions related to hearings held on the above dates, such decision sessions shall be held only as needed at 9am or 1pm Monday through Friday March 20-24th and shall be posted conspicuously.
